What happens after you call

We ask what you are dealing with and where. Rough length, rough height, and whether a machine can get into the yard is usually enough to give you a range on the phone.
We set a time to come look, usually within a few days. You do not need to be home for us to measure, but it helps if you are, because most of what we need to know is what the ground does when it rains.
You get a written number on site. No deposit to quote, and no pressure to book on the spot. If we think the job you asked for is the wrong job, we will say so.

None of this is required, and it all makes the quote faster and more accurate.

Roughly how long the wall is and how tall it needs to be.
Whether anything sits above it. A driveway, patio, pool or building above a wall changes the design.
Where the water goes now. Downspouts, low spots, and anywhere the yard holds water after a storm.
Photos, if you have them, taken from far enough back to see the slope.
