Less than people expect. A level place to park with room to work around the vehicle, and shelter if the weather turns. A garage, carport, shop or covered space all work. Power and water are not needed.

The one hard constraint is rain. Urethane windshield adhesive will not cure properly wet, and that adhesive is what holds the glass in during a collision. If it is raining and there is nowhere covered, a new date beats a job that fails later.

A workplace lot often works as well as the house, as long as the lot allows it. Know where you park before you call.
